I haven’t done this in awhile and confusion reigns.

Maybe it’s the Covid lockdown or maybe it’s just me getting older but I’ve been painting a lot more “growing things” lately. Or maybe it’s just that I have a lot of green paint. Whatever, I’ve been staring at plants at the nursery and in the grocery store thinking, “Maybe this one or maybe a cactus or…?” So, there are sunflowers in a vase in the living room anxiously waiting for me and some marigolds on the dining room table that have actually rooted (who knew they could do that it water?} and some fetching coleus starts in the kitchen, and all saying, Paint me, paint me first!” while I sit here in front of the computer trying to remember how to “do” a blog. And so, goodbye…I’m off to the studio.
